Lovely pattern! For my first colorwork project, this pattern was very easy to follow. I love the simple colorwork and the pop of color in the flower.

Note: I have small hands so I was surprised that my first mitt was tight, especially since I was very careful with my floats. How discouraging to spend that much time knitting one mitt and it doesn’t fit! I was about to frog and start over with a larger needle but a friend recommended I try blocking it first. After blocking the mitt it fits much better, however, when I knit this pattern again (which I will!) I will use a larger needle to make them a little roomier.
