Ran out of yarn and finished the hat 2” shorter than the pattern calls for. I was worried it was going to be too shallow but upon wet blocking it grew by 3” in length so ended up perfect. I would suggest taking this into account when knitting especially if using fingering weight yarn. The pattern says to knit to a final length of 9” but if your yarn stretches a lot you might want to knit it a little shorter. Wash and block your swatch!!!!
Very simple and easy to memorise lace pattern with a stunning final result. Good for a lace-beginner.
