Plan to reduce length by around 1 1/2 inches to 25 1/2 inches

  • reduce back to 60cm before shaping
  • 8cm already for rib
  • Leaves 52cm straight pattern = 176 - 178 rows
  • Then begin shaping as per pattern
  • Row gauge is 2 stitches out but so small that shaping remains good (at least by my math)

Finished the collar but the long neck just didn’t suit me. Took it as it was, folded it in half and sewed it down. Sits perfectly and is just the right ‘chunky’ to match the rib

Ps. This was such a quick knit but I sat on my hands and put off seaming for so long.
