I’m holding worsted weight yarns together with a lace yarn.
Great way to use up lots of bits and bobs grinning

I like a chart, so I made one, see photos.

This stitch makes a lovely squishy fabric.

Looks really great as an edge to edge jacket. I did buy buttons, but I don’t think I’m going to put them on.

If I did this again, I’d start the I cord edging in the middle at the back of the garment, so as to get a neater finish at the neck.
