After lots of complicated lace knitting with high-end yarns, I found myself a little tired of the concentration required, so I decided to take a break and do something simple, quick and inexpensive that would still be appreciated by my sister’s parishioners (no special washing, bright colors). So I just knocked out this simple square prayer shawl with three skeins of Lion Brand Homespun, cast on 57, k3, p3, both sides. Very restful!
