This is my favorite deep stash use ever! Used Marling technique taught in “Color Play the Westknits way Marling” course. Used tiny bits of leftover sock yarn for all but the ribbing - which was leftover luxury handspun.

I was amazed at how well the greens and neutrals worked together - some of the greens were a very muted green with tan, while others were bright. Some of the neutrals were cool grey & some was tan. would have been improved by having a neutral that was mid-range (not dark/not light). Seems like as long as there’s a smooth transition within a color family from dark to light everything works. I even cheated with a bit of blue in the “greens”.
