5/31/18- i followed the pattern but used an F hook and also made it 10 hdcs less (30 on each row instead of 40).
i finished the body of the bag. final measurements are 9” wide by 14” tall.

6/1/18- i made the strap long ways to prevent a lot of stretching. i made a chain about 40”. then i slip stitched in each chain across. row2- hdc in each stitch across. row3- slip stitch in each stitch across.

6/2/18- i purchased the swivel hooks and d rings at hobby lobby. i added the small d rings to the outside of the bag

9/2/18- after a long break, i decided to come back to this. i sewed the fabric liner and added a zipper to it. i put the liner in the bag and hand sewed the zipper to the crochet bag.
i attached the strap to the swivel hooks and sewed them shut.
