i used medium worsted weight yarn, so i took 3 stitches off the first side- so row 1 started with 7 dc across rather than 10dc.

for the bottom cuff, i made 2 rows of dc (27 dc in each row).

i made the thumb cuffs- connected 1 side with a slip stitch, then 7dc across the thumb, and connected with slip stitch to the other side.
row2- ch 2, then 3dc in the dc that are around the chain 3, then connect to the first slip stitch. row 3- 11dc. fasten off.
