i started with a ch 117 (size L), but it ended up being too short so I had to make a thick border all around. if i make another one, i’ll ch 141.

i also made more rows in each of the rectangles. the original pattern for the L size was 19 rows, but i made 21 rows.

i stitched the rectangles together on the wrong side using a sc stitch to join together.

for the edge, i started at the bottom right corner and did 5 rounds of a V stitch, going around the back to the other side, going up the front, around the neck, and back down to where i started (x5).

i also extended the sleeves to half sleeve by adding 10 more rows in the mesh pattern. i deceased on the first round of the sleeve at the armpit.
