Doing my standard pre-knitting chart and spreadsheet. There are a few errors with some of the stitch counts with the neck and shoulders. Still working out exactly what the error is and how I’m going to fix it.
ETA: Now that I’ve charted it out, the stitch counts seem to be correct. It’s tricky to calculate stitch counts in different places because the stitch count changes in the chart as the cables are created and closed. Doing that while simultaneously tracking stitch count changes due to armhole and neck shaping took a bit of concentration!

Instructions call for picking up 100 sts around the collar, including the 2x2 ribbed sts on hold at the center of the front of the neck and back of the neck.
The neck ribbing pattern is then meant to preserve the ribbed pattern. This would work if you only care about the ribbing at the front. With 100 sts, the ribbed pattern is disrupted at the back of the neck, with knits needing to be worked as purls and purls as knits. Instead, 96 sts will work, so that there are 48 sts for each half.
The number of sts needed does require picking up nearly every selvedge and BO sts between the live sts.
I have knit enough sweaters with collars to know that the back of the collar isn’t going to end up being long enough as it’s folded over if there aren’t short rows across the back of the neck to lift up the center of the collar. Whether or not I did enough of them remains to be seen. I did 6 short rows altogether. We’ll see if that’s enough. 94%
