The number of repeats needed for the pattern at the specified gauge for the specified length is incorrect. It’s about 4 repeats too long (12 rnds) which is the length of the crown decreases. Given that the crown decreases continue the pattern, perhaps the designer miscounted. At any rate, I’ll be doing 14 repeats, not 19.

Got a little too self-assured with the stitch pattern, which is fairly easy, but then discovered I had made an error some rows back that I couldn’t figure out how to fix by laddering down. Had to rip out several repeats to get things sorted. Ah, well. 65%
