KFI has posted errata to the pattern page (I emailed them on April 1, 2026, and they responded on April 13).

Instructions for the shoulder shaping are incomplete. There should be instructions to repeat the 2nd set of SR instructions until the SRs meet the neck, to achieve the slope and depth shown on the schematic. Front neck shaping should start when the armhole is 6'' deep, not 7'' (as it is for the back), in order for the front neck shaping to be an inch deeper than the back, and to match the shaping shown on the schematic.

I contacted the designer, who directed me to the distributor, Knitting Fever. They never responded.
