Couldn’t find 54’’ wide cotton fabric, only 44’’. Bought a full yard of 44’’ wide to get 2 27’’ x 18’’ strips that I could sew together with two seams, rather than just seaming a 54’’ x 18’’ strip up the back with a single seam.
