Notes

V-neck version with a front panel of traveling twisted sts that has 6 sts/in, so there are 28 sts for the front neck, rather than 20. Using twisted decreases along the front neck and raglan seamlines, and twisted ribbing for the hem, cuffs, and neck. Alternating CO and twisted grafted BO.
CO is 72 sts for front and 64 for back. Panel is 28 sts wide. One inc in last round of twisted rib in center of panel to keep ribbing aligned, offset by a k2togtbl at the mid-round.
There are some issues in the book regarding stitch counts for neckline decreases for both crew neck and v-neck versions. For the smallest size, there are 56 sts for front and back each, after the UA BOs. 18 raglan decreases (36 total) for each of the front and back are called for, as well as 11 pairs of neck decreases (22 total) for the front, which is 58 sts to be decreased (when there are only 56 sts. In addition, you can’t eliminate all 56 sts, because you have the seamline st remaining on each side. Long story short, only 9 neck decreases on each side of the neck can be worked for a stockinette raglan, not 11, and the total number of sts remaining at the neck to be bound off is 30 sts, not 28.
