Started while at h+h americas conference. My gauge is back to 9 sts/in with 4 ply sock yarns, after several years at a slightly looser gauge. Wondering if strength training has affected my grip strength and gauge.

Using the Lang Jawoll for the heel. Plain heel worked by PCO 40, working decreases only on larger half of heel until both halves have an equal number of sts. Gusset also worked on the foot to reduce st count to 32. Long round toe
