CO 48 sts. K3p1 for 12 rnds. Switch to alternating a 4-row mock cable every other k3 segment.

Mock cable:
Row 1: Sl 1, k2, psso.
Row 2: K1, yo, k1
Rows 3-4: Knit

Six mock cables reduced the stretch of the fabric to much to make the sock comfortable. Frogged it and started over with 12 add’l sts - 60 total, so st patt is established with K3, p2, instead.

I will decrease a few sts before working the heel to account for the more standard gauge of stockinette for the heel and sole.
