I knit these while travelling in Argentina, hence the name. I wanted an easy knit, but no boring plain vanilla, so I made up my own. Please find my notes below.

Stitch pattern:
Row 1: knit all stitches
Row 2: p1, k3 repeat between **

Provisional cast on 29
FLK toe on 1+10+7+10+1
Pick up 28 sole stitches from provisional cast on
Knit 1 row
Start pattern on 29 instep stitches, end with p1
56 rows
Start shaping of mini gusset: kfb at each end of sole stitches every 3rd row 4 times -> 69 rows and 36 sole stitches
FLK heel: 2+1+10+10+10+1+2
Continue in the round
Decrease by 1 on each side 4 times in every 3rd row
Knit two rows in established pattern
Start pattern on back of leg, decrease by one more and transfer one stitch from front to back
Knit 52 rows in pattern
Knit 12 rows of it ktbl 1, p1
Bind off with stretchy bind off method
