Modifications:

1. changed the cast on to a tiny garter stitch tab: CO 2, knit 3 rows, pick up one from garter ridge and 2 from other end. Continue as written
2. Knit first and last stitch in every row as ktb
3. Short rows: substitute wrap and turn by twin stitches, twin stitch knit and twin stitch purl
4. Bindoff: using the icelandic bindoff which gives a nice and tidy look to the garter stitch edge and is reasonably stretchy

Otherwise knit as written. Edging with 24 rows and bind off.

Section 1: MC - 22g
Section 2: MC - 24 g, CC 1 - 23g
Section 3: MC - 29g, CC1 - 27g, CC2 - 25g
Section 4 (edging, 24 rows and bindoff): CC2 - 42g
