Notes:

• longtail tubular cast on
• 20 rows of cuff
• 4 full pattern repeats, then rows 1-6
• stockinette section of FLK heel over 14 rows, increasing 7 stitches on each side in every 2nd row
• FLK heel, 6 stitches outside heel construction on each side, then FLK over 1-11-10-11-1
• after heel, decrease back to 32 sole stitches in every 3rd row
• foot: 5.5 full pattern repeats after heel
• start FLK toe in row 7
• FLK toe on 1-11-8-11-1, working from sole stitches to instep stitches, close with three-needle BO inside out
