Some time ago I suggested to another crocheter on Reddit that she could make a baby skirt very easily. After all, skirts really only need to fit at the waist.

The idea was then born for a dead easy crocheted skirt that anyone could make. I only managed to start on it yesterday, though. Today I went and simplified it further. Left to my own devices, I tend to want to make skirts super full.
