Fun to knit. As with many intarsia patterns, you keep knitting row after row just to see how the pattern will turn out.
It was harder to find good fabric to line the blanket. I wanted a small design in a light flannel or fine wale corduroy. Couldn’t find it in store or online. Settled for pale blue corduroy which looks nice and feels soft.

I used this basic method to line the blanket. I stitched to the border first and then tacked the washed lining.
