Update Nov 1 2011 - Of all the projects I’ve done, this little dress has been the most satisfying. Beautiful results and the recipient’s mom is always so appreciative!
This is my second Clara dress for Emelin. I like both, but this one is more practical - washable, non-fuzzy, kid and mom friendly. I used yarn from my stash - Sirdar Tropicana. Emelin smiles all the time except when she sees a camera coming… We went out to eat with Emelin wearing what you see in the picture. Two women came over and fussed over the dress and ask where I purchased it. I told them I made it and they said, “You did NOT…” I guess that was a compliment? lol
