Made some changes.

1. Cast on 120 stitches on size 5 needles to get gauge for size 6 waist size.

2. On the 14th row for the waistband, I picked up each cast on stitch and knit it with a stitch on the current row except for 4-6 stitches to leave an opening to insert the waistband elastic. Will close up opening by sewing by hand.

3. Added length to each tier for a size 6 waist, but size 8ish length. Tiers are 5” each.

4. For hem, I will purl 1 row and knit 7 for a turned hem instead of the original hem instructions.
