Working into the chain was a total pain, but once I got to Row 2 I was okay. My gauge is a bit loose, but I think I’ll be okay. The pattern is fairly easy.

1/7/15 - I started over with a smaller hook (.9mm). I think it was just too loose looking and the joins between the petals were too long.

1/10/15 - Third time’s a charm? Using .75 mm hook…

2/26/15 - It’s coming together. It’s forming a natural curve as the design becomes less muddled looking. I hope it blocks nicely. Still looks like a knotted mess to me.
