Carry your Contrast Color LOOSELY!
If you make your carries too tight, the hat will be very small and won’t stretch.

CO 90 with Main Color
1.5” of 1x1 ribbing (k1p1)

knit row

start the chart with Contract Color from right to left, 3 repeats, add 7 stitches between each repeat so it comes out to 90.

After chart is finished, knit all rounds until measure about 6’’ from ribbing.

Then Decrease:
knit 8 then k2tog, all rounds until only 10 stitches remain, stitch the last stitches together with yarn needle.

weave in ends
Wear with pride.

But remember, nothing is true… everything is permitted.
