I found this pattern in Crochet Monthly UK, #117, where it is called “Round Doily With Festooned Border”.

Hook used was a steel vintage Clover 1.50mm (No 2).

An interesting Hiddleson pattern that uses “long-short rows”, (at least they are called that in knitting). The long-short are used on two rows, one in the beginning and the other towards the end. I enjoyed learning and using this procedure.
