Front and back are identical, there is no shaping written, so the end product results in a sweater where the neckline is too high in the front (uncomfortable) and the back of the neck has a gap. 26 short rows split between first and last 24rnd repeat rounds

BODY
added 10 rounds to meet the measurement requirement

Sleeves
followed measurements prior to decreases and final sleeve was too short - frogged and followed round number instead and was at proper final length.
added 1 more round of decreases because I wanted it slightly longer and tighter cuffed.
