Final Notes: Loved the Artyarns yarn. Whole thing came out too big, hoping blocking can make it a little smaller. Wet blocked it and it grew to gorilla size. Took a chance and tossed it in the dryer and seemed to be OK now. Yarn smelled horrid while wet, not sure if that’s normal.

6/27/13 Will use cascade for cuffs and ribbing and artyarns for rest. Will use Gaile’s Notes. Using KnitPro US8 47” and magic loop the sleeves 2@time. Using Tilly Buddy’s stretchy cast on.

6/28/13 - 7/1/12 Had to highly modify the arms to handle my gauge (4st/5row = 1”). Skipped 4th row of each ribbing section. Going from 8” (32sts) at wrist to 16.5” (66sts) at 15”. Knit even until 18” (figuring wrist to armpit).

For body CO 134 sts in US7 with CC. Did ribbing as directed. Switched to MC & US8 and started lozenge. Messed up BO on one side (1 sts on wrong side of BO). Joined sleeves, BO on sleeve matching BO on body, knitting across, careful that sleeves looked logical. Tension awkward for several rows.

Have to “read” your knitting to figure out where to start in pattern after starting the decreases, might be a little challenging if you’ve not done “lace” projects before.

Because I did “small” sleeves to medium body, The body was to wide when all the sleeves stitches were decreased. So I p2tog on final row to decrease down. Then did the pickup stitches with CC and the 4 rows of ribbing.
