I found this project to be difficult to choose colors for, so it took me forever to finish. Though I like the airbrushed effect of the pastels, I would have been better off choosing more contrast between flower and backround. Christmas colors, cherry blossom colors, etc…..

The actual pattern is brilliant, well structured, sturdy, intuitive, and basically genius! Ive been crocheting professionally for many years, and I regret not using this pattern sooner. The squares join effortlessly, there is drape and flow, and the border is sooooo unbelievably easy because it is just a repeat of the square schematic.

I cannot praise this pattern enough!
