Eyes:
Using a magic ring, sc 7, join. Change to white. Inc in the next 6 sts, inc using sc in the next 2 sts. (This will enable you to tuck the eyes up under the brim of the hat.

Body and hat:

8. Dec 6(6) The feet are the piece I am most unsure of. I was trying to go for a sloped side to help you put the pieces together and have him angled as he looks up at you.

I embroidered the details on the hat. You can alternatively use felt or use row 9 and color that correctly as you work. Embroidery or felt is easier.
