Notes

The third design in the collaboration between Elsebeth Judith and Michelle from Kokon yarns oozes of summer, Sea breeze and warmer days…

Decide for yourself whether you want a stringent look with small or big eyelets, evenly spaced like strings of beads, or fill your own canvas with sandtops, ripples of sand dunes or solid rock boulders protecting the fishing harbors of a windy coastline.

My inspiration comes from numerous happy summers spent in Thy, embracing all three aboveheart

Elsebeths design is simplicity and elegance as always; this time with a wide summer-rib that transforms beautifully into an intriguing, loose, shortsleeved raglan.

Yarn is a favourite, picked up as a once-lot at Garnudsalg years ago. I’ve knitted my way through several cones of this shiny, strong, light and squishy linen/cotton/rayon-mix, always happy with the result. My blue Robins Egg was saved for something special and matches this design beautifully.

Mods:
Shortened the body section to 28 cm, and lengthened the rib to 6 cm. Sleeve-rib is 6 cm too.

For the distraught knitter:
Move the two last M’s within sleeve one st. to the right, and you have 4 (Or two) identical increases on needle.
