Started these mittens on Christmas vacation and while having breakfast at the hotel a woman approached me to say she is the late designer’s daughter!

Made a couple of goofs but nothing I can’t live with. I can’t remember how I added the thumbs last time I made these mittens but this time felt more difficult. Had to take the thumbs off twice before getting it right. Also grafted the inside thumbs instead of three needle bind off.
