My second “T” for the banner for the Knit In Public Day in June.
The banner will read “ Tivoli In Stitches”.
The size for this T is determined by a rectangular piece of knitting which I inherited from my neighbor when we went through her knitting things 10 years after she passed. I thought it would be really nice if I can use it in memory of her.
The piece is 22” x14”. I am folding it over lengthwise and use that as the top bar of the T which leaves me to knit two pieces 7” wide x 15” long for the vertical bar.

3.31. Finished the knitting. Now on to seaming and stuffing.

It is rather big, but I really like the fact that I was able to use my friend’s knitted piece.
