A quick birthday gift for an avid reader.
The yarn seems perfect for this; a flat yarn with a nice crispness.
Crochet a short chain across the CO edge from corner to corner ( using the tail from the long tail CO). Then I attached a tassel in the middle of that. Gives it a nice finished look.
