After making the Winter Weekend Hat I had enough yarn left for matching mittens.
Following the worsted weight directions for the largest size, incorporating the stranded knit pattern as in the Winter Weekender Hat.
I started off with 40 sts in the ribbing, then added 8 sts evenly for 12 pattern repeats.
After shaping the body down to two times 12 sts I Kitchener stitched the top of the body.

August 1: First Mitten is finished, now on to the second.
