Modifications:
I was inspired by MlisaQ’s version so I finished all edges with a 2-stitch I-cord.

I knit the body and bottom I-cord on size 5.5 mm and sleeve and neckband I-cords on size 4.5 mm.

For the neckband I picked up 38 sts for each front and back and 12 sts for the sleeves with size 3.5 mm = 100 sts. Then I knit one row in plain st st, and bound off with I-cord on size 4.5 mm.

For the sleeves, after picking up the live sts, I knitted 1 row even on 5.5 mm, then did one decr round, knitted two rows even, and did one last decrease round and knitted two roynds even again. I then bound off loosely with I-cord on 4.5 mm.

For the bottom hem I finished on a row 6 because I did not have enough yarn to finish on row 10. After row 6 I bound off immediately with a loose I-cord on same needle size 5.5 mm as body.

Tage fabric is wonderful and drapey. The lace opened up after washing and blocking, and the yarn has a beautiful st definition.
