I have started this once, got about 18-19 rows in and all of my lines, with S2KP, & the M1L & M1R are all angling towards the left. So I pulled all of the rows out on 4/16/16, to the set-up row. I re-did the set-up row & started the pattern again, and all of the same parts are angling to the left again. I am getting frustrated & can’t figure out what I am doing wrong (basically it isn’t looking like how it is pictured).

Well, I was finally able to figure out what I was doing wrong, it was actually the stitch markers that was making me be thrown off & having every column angle to the left. I figured it out by taking some scrap yarn & knitting a small swatch like the pattern, doing the S2KP stitches & the M1L & M1R all as the pattern called for. That is when I was able to see that what I was doing with moving the stitch markers & such was what was angling the columns to the left. So again I pulled all of my work out to the set-up row, but this time I did not use the stitch markers at all & now I have it looking exactly as the pattern. Here is my progress so far.

Well, I completed this project at the end of April, and today I sewed on the button that I finally found & thought would go well with this piece. I uploaded pictures to the left of my completed capelet & I am extremely happy with how it came out after the initial issues I had with this.
