Notes

Back in 2018-2019 I purchased random skeins and hanks of yarn. I loved looking at them and often wondered what I could make with it. This combination was lovely to work with. I ran out of the varigated yarn and light gray yarn in sleeves and body. The medium gray yarn substitute was not a good choice. You can see the accordion look from difference in gauge. I might re-knit that area.
The overall silhouette of the garment is lovely and comfortable to wear.

Sweater knit top down.
With a crochet hook , ch 150, pup sts in p bumps with US 3, joined to work in the round with US4.
The shoulder shaping was a fun experiment. Increases at 2 points for 3.5” from CO across R/L shoulder, every other row, then raglan shaping at 4 points to under arm.

The boat neck is comfortable. No choking feeling. I’d like to explore this area further.

Split for body and sleeves. Sleeves worked on US3.

The fabric is soft and feels like pajamas. It past the pajamas test last night.

If I took the time to work the math for a better fit around the neck, shoulders, yoke, this could be an interesting pattern to knit again. It kept my interest from being to end.
