Starry Night Over The Rhone is my favourite painting and I am sooo excited to make this toque.

I originally tried adapting this into crochet, just using tapestry crochet and following the pattern’s chart. Unfortunately it was going to be way too big, height-wise, so I frogged it.
(I love this Scheepjes Spirit yarn but my god was it awful to frog.)

I’ve never done fair isle knitting before and it’s not nearly as daunting as it always seemed to me before.
