Daphne, in Greek mythology, was chased by Apollo and fled. She begged the gods for help, and they turned her into the beautiful Laurel tree. My daughter’s name is Laurel, so for the purposes of this sock challenge, I’ve renamed the Daphne socks to Laurel.

Four pattern repeats on the leg, and 3.5 on the foot fit a women’s size 6 shoe. If I made these again, I’d put 5 repeats on the leg because I have WAY more than half the skein left at this point.
