because the red and green were not ‘wintuk’ I had to use a double strand of the yellow and a smaller needle size to match gauge.

For the ‘piece of elastic’ I used an elastic cord.

I did not do the design for the vest. This design calls for bobbins. I tried it but it was too cumbersome. I sewed the side seams to the vest and then used double point needles to do the armhole ribbing.

I did not do the pompom for the top of the Tam.
