Back:
1) 112 stitches cast on 1x1 rib for 54 rows tension 2 in MC
2) move all to main bed
3) change to tension 6
4) inc every 8 rows until 134 stitches (row 88)
5) knit 10 more rows until row 98
6) at underarms add 2 stitches selvedge each side until shoulders
7) cast off 10 each side (row 99 & 100)
8) dec 1 each end next 8 rows - 16 decreases total, now 98 stitches (row 108)
9) end of plain knitting
10) add a lifeline before starting colourwork chart
11) change tension to 5 2/3 for colourwork
12) For colourwork, set machine to slip II (slip stitches in B, knit stitches in D). Red first, then carriage pass then yellow for each row.
13) colourwork chart is 34 rows.
14) set back to stockinette tension 6 and knit 2 more rows in CC (36)
15) set lever to slip from position D, then knit 22 rows on half of the stitches by pulling 49 stitches to position D ( to row 58) - adjust weight partway through
16) CO 11 then knit 2 more rows (60)
17) CO 11 then knit 2 more rows (62)
18) CO 11 then knit 2 more rows (64)
19) CO remaining
20) repeat other side

Sleeves:
1) 92 stitches cast on 1x1 rib for 14 rows tension 2 in MC (includes 2 selvedge each side) - note I accidentally started with 94 and then decreased 1 each side after moving all to main bed
2) move all to main bed
3) change to tension 6 and main carriage
4) inc every 4 rows until 106 stitches (row 42)
5) knit 6 more rows until row 48
7) cast off 11 each side - 84 stitches (row 49 & 50)
8) dec 1 each end next 8 rows - 16 decreases total, now 68 stitches (row 58)
9) end of plain knitting
10) add a lifeline before starting colourwork chart
11) change tension to 5 2/3 for colourwork
12) For colourwork, set machine to slip II (slip stitches in B, knit stitches in D). Red first, then carriage pass then yellow for each row.
13) colourwork chart is 34 rows. Add 1 stitch of selvedge to each side of colourwork chart
14) set back to stockinette tension 6 and end red wool
15) knit 2 rows straight
16) Dec 1 stitch each side for 12 rows (44 stitches remaining)
