Bind off after 4 rows of k. Crocheted scallops (with a row of dcs) instead of the pattern neckband with 6.5 mm hook. Each scallop on bottom is a (dc, ch)x4 + dc in every 4th st with sk, sl, sk in between. Same for sides, but with (sc, ch)x2 + sc for the scallops.
