Boring i know but i loved the colours chosen by Martin Storey so was happy to go with his choices.

Knitted sleeves flat and seamed them.

Decided to knit body ITR.
For ribbing took 2 sts off for front selvedge and two for back.

For the ribbing increase - straight after end of round marker I did a M1 and then added another marker. This stitch will be purled on every round and become my basting stitch so I have some seam stability. I then followed the pattern inc but for my size knitted 2 and not 3 before 1st Inc to reflect the selvedge sts I omitted.

At the halfway point I did the same so I had 131 (instead of 133) per front and back (262 total) PLUS 2 side seam purls that will be mattress stitched to form seam. Total of 264 sts on circ needle.

Struggled with the slow growing nature of this sweater but now it’s finished I’m pleased I persevered. V.comfy and lovely weight to it.

The false seams gave structure so glad I put these in.
