So far this is a pretty quick and easy knit.

2 things I’d change:
Start the transition to stockinette stitch after a row 2 of the pattern.

When you get to the decreases, I believe they are slated the wrong direction. It lessens the line on the pattern and makes it sloppy, less “crisp.” Next time I’d do a SSK before the pattern and a K2TOG after. The pattern has that the opposite way.

Finished. It looks pretty good. But when I put it on, the shoulders pull at the seems in a very unsightly way. I probably should have gone up a size.

This was a really quick and easy knit.

Next time, do not bind off shoulder extensions. Seeming these together was awkward and bulky. Try another method next time, not mattress stitch.
