I purchased the yarn in the January sale, our store is only keeping limited amount of this brand from now on so what they had left was greatly reduced. It was my sisters birthday this month so I decided I would knit this, I liked the pattern but not the stripe so knitted it in one colourway only. The other change was to knit the main body in the round, I used stich markers to mark for the front and back and did not try to make the pattern go around, so that there is a small seam of stocking stich at the side join. It was an easy knit, not sure about the yarn if it had a little more man made fibre it would give a little more body to the garment. That said Joanne liked it and will wear it in the summer. The pictures I have taken don’t really do it justice, so come the summer I will photograph it again with someone wearing it.
