Notes

This is an attempt at copying a pillow I had seen on the internet somewhere, I have no idea if my method was the correct method…in fact I’m sure it’s not, but it worked and I was pleased with the result so there you go. :)

I cast on 96 stitches and worked a rib of k2 p4 across. After I’d knit about 10 or 12 rows I would count 6 rows and use small pieces of yarn to ‘smock’ by looping them around the start and end of two of the k2 sections and tying in a knot. Then count 6 more rows and tie together the next k2’s over to make the diamond pattern.

It was no exact science and I know I mis-counted on some and my diamonds aren’t exactly even, but I don’t mind and my friend Carri was really happy with it so that’s all that matters!
