I wanted a green linen t-shirt, and love the shape and texture of this pattern.

Mods:

1. Shorter than the pattern states
2. Neck ribbing for only 1” for crew neck tee
3. Italian bind off at neck

Love how this looks on a shirt, and on its own.

Linen always needs a good block so the stitches even out and the fabric is less stiff. I soaked the pieces for this one over night and then pin blocked.

After blocking, I joined shoulders and knit the neck ribbing.

Using yarn for the “tabs”. I might make side panels.. haven’t decided yet.

Really enjoyed the yarn. It’s so round and delicious. Took 3-4 rows to get into it, esp after using super soft yak yarn for my last project, but once I was in, was very pleasurable.
