I took 4 Ombre MC skeins, chosen totally for the colours in them, to ensure the right amount of compliment and clash.

Hand-wound them, and broke into smaller bundles as I went (just as I felt like it, imagining how I’d like to use the colours).

And then just picked out whatever next colour I felt like, after knitting as many rows as I felt like.

Seriously THE MOST FUN!! And now i want to make another!!

Also, I just knit a few stitches of old yarn and new yarn together when I changed, so NO ENDS TO DARN! YAY!!

I only knit 8 rows of rib for neck, and worked an Italian sewn bind off, so no need to double over and whip down.

Still needs blocking, which is a pain because I want to wear it immediately!!
