My second Alpine Bloom. Made this one a size bigger, and used broken rib for the last couple of inches of the body. Was very, very happy until I washed and blocked…the green yarn bleeds color like crazy and made the white/natural blooms really yellow…and that happened even though I used color catcher.
Love the yarn to work with and to wear, but unfortunately I will not be planning any stranded color work with it again, which is a shame since it’s so awesome for that purpose.
